Sage Learning ("Sage Learning", "we", "us") provides online tutoring for students in grades 5 to 12. This policy applies to sagelearnings.com and to the WhatsApp, Calendly and enrollment channels linked from it.

By using this website or contacting us through WhatsApp, our booking widget or our enrollment form, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.

Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information, depending on how you interact with us.

• Name, email address and phone number, submitted through our enrollment form
• Name, email address, phone number and preferred grade, subject and curriculum, submitted through our Calendly booking widget
• A record that you clicked our WhatsApp button. We do not store the content of WhatsApp messages on our servers
• Basic site usage data (pages visited, device and browser type, and interactions such as button clicks) collected through Google Analytics

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to respond to enquiries, schedule trial sessions and calls, enroll students in cohorts, process payments and send updates about sessions you have booked.

We may also use it to understand how visitors use our site, so we can improve our pages and communicate more relevant offerings.

Third-Party Services We Use

We rely on the following third-party services to run our website and business. Each processes data under its own privacy policy.

• Meta (WhatsApp and the Facebook/Instagram Pixel): used for messaging and to measure and retarget our advertising
• Calendly: used for scheduling. Details you enter into the Calendly widget are collected directly by Calendly and are also shared with us
• Razorpay: used to process payments. Card and UPI details are handled directly by Razorpay and are not stored by Sage Learning
• Google Analytics: used to measure site traffic and how visitors use our pages, including which buttons and links are clicked
• Microsoft Clarity: used for session recordings and heatmaps to understand how visitors use our pages. Sensitive form fields are automatically excluded from recordings

Cookies and Tracking

Our site uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies. Essential cookies are required for the site to function correctly. Analytics and marketing cookies, such as the Facebook/Instagram Pixel, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, help us understand traffic and measure advertising.

Children's Privacy

Sage Learning tutors students in grades 5 to 12. Contact and payment information is collected from a parent or guardian at the time of enquiry or enrollment, not directly from the child.

Sage Learning is based in India, and this policy is primarily governed by Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Many of our students' families are based in Australia, the United Kingdom and Singapore. We aim to handle personal information fairly and in line with the general data protection principles common to these regions, without claiming specific certification under any single foreign framework.
